On Friday, January 30th, the Ford Amphitheater will be the scene for yet another great concert. The Pepsi Smash SuperBowl Fiesta features Gold and Platinum album super singer Enrique Iglesias on stage at 7pm to entertain you into the night. Tickets are still available for this LiveNation concert which also features the Latin beat of Mexican pop band, Belanova. Gates open at 6pm and there's plenty of parking.
After the concert, stop by the Seminole Hard Rock Casino where there's always plenty of action, music, dancing and drinks. Continue your concert party well into the early morning at Floyd's Nightclub or one of three strategically placed bars. Hard Rock has multiple dining areas plus a food court, so everything you need for SuperBowl weekend partying is in one cool location.
Channelside will be gearing up for the Bud Bowl and don't forget the NFL Experience taking place at Ray Jay Stadium through January 31st. The other area to be in Tampa where the drinks are cool and the clubs are hot is Ybor City where SuperBowl parties will be going on. On Saturday, January 31st, the Champion's Ball 2009 hosted by boxing champion Floyd Mayweather will be taking place at the historic Cuban Club, located at 2010 Avenida Republica de Cuba, with celebrity guests in attendance. This promises to be a great night of entertainment, food, musical perfomances and the perfect start to SuperBowl Sunday. Tickets available here.
On Friday, January 30th at Centro Ybor, the Best Damn Sports Show Period will be taping live beginning at 2:30pm with NFL legends on hand and if you're just out cruising the Ybor area, here's a map and listing of some of the restaurants and clubs in the Seventh Avenue and Broadway Avenue vicinity just to get you started.
