For all the Enrique Iglesias fans the wait to hear him perform live is going to be over soon as the Latino pop king is set for his second tour in India. He will perform in Delhi on May 27.

The organizers of the tour also have plans of a concert in north-east city of Shillong. Enrique has a huge fan following in the north-east region of India. If things go as planned, Enrique will be there on May 31.

The only problem show organizers are reportedly facing with Shillong is the city’s small airport and the landing of a big chartered flight there can be a difficulty. Even the authorities in Shillong may not be equipped to handle the huge crowd that is expected to gather if Enrique performs there. Reports say that the pop sensation might land at Guwahati airport and will reach Shillong travelling through road. It’s heard that the singer is very keen to perform there because of his good fan base.




The singer of international hits like ‘Escape’, ‘Bailamos’ and ‘Hero’ toured India in the year 2004. He performed in Mumbai and Bangalore and was accompanied by over 6,000 kilos of equipment, including stage ramps that projected into the audience to blend the artiste with his fans. Vijay Mallya was one of the main sponsors of the tour.

Enrique, the passionate singer of many love ballads, had a very successful tour last time and organizers are expecting the same response this time too. However, the details of his second tour are not available as yet. Enrique will also be in Hyderabad on May 29 for a concert. And will finish his week-long tour on June 2.
